You will receive the download which will include a MANDATORY form. This form is where you will submit your questions. The answers are given to you in an email within 3 days of your purchase date. 
 
Sometimes I receive additional information from guides when I ask them yes or no questions. If they provide me additional information I will include it but it doesn't happen often.
